§ 113.48 PROPER TREATMENT OF TAXICAB PASSENGERS.
   No taxicab driver may:
   (A)   Deceive or attempt to deceive a passenger or prospective passenger as to his or her destination, shortest route to his or her destination or rate and fare to be charged;
   (B)   Take a longer route to the destination designated by the passenger than necessary, unless requested to do so by the passenger;
   (C)   Permit any person, other than the original passenger, to occupy or ride in the taxicab without the consent of the original passenger; or
   (D)   Fail to comply with all reasonable and lawful requests of a passenger as to speed and routes to be taken.
