§ 113.46 RECORDS TO BE MAINTAINED.
   (A)   Every operator shall maintain the following records for each vehicle for hire:
      (1)   For on-demand vehicles for hire, a daily manifest of calls received from persons requesting transportation. For all vehicles for hire, a daily schedule or manifest of the trips made each day including the time, place of origin and destination and drop-off location of each trip and the number of passengers and amount of fare for each trip;
      (2)   A continuous record of the mileage at the beginning and ending of each month during the license period and a report of the dates and reasons for any vehicle being out-of-service during the month;
      (3)   Copies of all state safety inspection certificates, if applicable;
      (4)   Records of the dates of inspection and maintenance of the vehicle including the types and results of inspections and any maintenance performed;
      (5)   Records of the inspection and maintenance of taximeters, if applicable;
      (6)   A list of all drivers of the vehicles for hire; and
      (7)   Copies of insurance policies and changes to insurance.
   (B)   Such records shall be maintained for a period of two years, except that drivers’ manifests shall be maintained for 180 days.
