§ 110.02 DRINKING IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   No person shall consume, serve or drink wine, beer, whiskey or alcoholic beverages of any kind on or in the public streets, boulevards, alleys, parks, sidewalks, public grounds or public buildings within the town.
