§ 96.01 PERMITS.
   (A)   No automatic burglar alarm system or automatic burglar alarm shall be located in the town without first obtaining a permit from the Town Clerk and registering the system. Each permit shall be numbered, and this number shall be given by the permittee to the alarm company.
   (B)   Burglar alarm system permits will be issued by the Town Clerk for a period of one year. Applications for a permit will be on a form provided by the Town Clerk.
   (C)   Renewals will be valid for a period of one year.
   (D)   A separate alarm permit shall be required for each premises on which a burglar alarm system is used or installed. Burglar alarm system permits are nontransferable.
