It shall be unlawful for any person, owner or developer to install or operate in any building a fire alarm system containing a device which automatically dials a telephone number of the Fire Department to report an alarm. The Fire Code Official should be contacted for advice of the appropriate telephone number to use located at the E911 dispatch center.
