§ 95.01 ADOPTION OF THE NORTH CAROLINA BUILDING CODE, FIRE PREVENTION CODE (FIRE PREVENTION CODE § 101).

   (A)   The town does hereby adopt the North Carolina Building Code, Fire Prevention Code, including all pertinent references and requirements therein and all future changes and additions.

   (B)   There is hereby adopted the inspection schedule as depicted in § 106 of the Fire Prevention Code, and all future changes and additions.
