§ 93.21 TRANSFER BY PRIVATE OWNER OF LOT.
   (A)   No interest in a burial space or section in any municipal cemetery may be transferred or assigned to any third person except by the written consent of the Town Manager or his or her designee.
   (B)   Such transfer or assignment shall not be made for a sum greater than the original purchase price for any burial space or section.
