(A) No person shall do any work on a lot belonging to any other person without first notifying the Town Manager, and presenting in writing a note from the owner authorizing person to do such work.
(B) Specifications for the foundations of monuments, tombstones and markers must be approved in advance by the Town Manager.
(C) All interments in municipal cemeteries shall be in vaults, except in the case of cremation remains.
(D) More than one burial in a grave space shall be prohibited, except in the case of cremation remains.
(E) Planting in the municipal cemeteries that may be deemed detrimental to other property, or operations of the cemeteries may be removed at the direction of the Town Manager.
