§ 93.03 BURIAL AND DISINTERMENT; AUTHORIZATION, RESTRICTIONS.

(A) Burial in cemetery only. No person shall bury or cause to be buried any dead body in any place within the town other than a properly established cemetery.

(B) Disinterment. No person shall disinter the remains of any body buried within the town without first having obtained written permission from the Health Director and the town and as otherwise provided by law.
