Any person aggrieved by a decision under this subchapter by the Building Inspector or Chief of Police may appeal to the Town Council to review the decision by filing notice of appeal within 15 days after mailing or personal delivery of the notice herein provided to be given by the Building Inspector or Chief of Police. Such appeal notice shall be filed with the Town Clerk containing such information as the Clerk may require.
