§ 91.010 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The enforcing officer may impose civil penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The enforcement officer may summarily remove, abate or otherwise remedy a situation that in his or her opinion presents an immediate threat to life or property which must be abated without delay.
