§ 90.16 DUTIES OF TOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   The Police Department shall be charged with the responsibilities of:
   (A)   Enforcement of the town’s laws ordinances and resolutions relating to the care, custody and control of animals or fowl within the town limits; and
   (B)   Cooperating with the County Health Department and the County Animal Control Officer in the assistance of the enforcement of the laws of the state with regards to dogs; the vaccination of dogs against rabies; and the confinement and leashing of vicious animals.
