SCHEDULE II. PARALLEL PARKING.

Parking on the south side of East Railroad Boulevard from its intersection with west side of Chatham Street to a point 86 feet westwardly of the west right-of-way margin of Chatham Street, measured along the south side of East Railroad Boulevard, shall be parallel parking only and shall be within the painted lines.
