(A) (1) All through truck traffic shall be prohibited from using East Forest Drive, Carolina Avenue and New Bern Street.
(2) Trucks shall not be permitted to make a left turn onto New Bern Street from the commercial zone.

(B) All through truck traffic, by trucks with more than two axles, with exception of emergency and service vehicles, shall be prohibited from using Main Street from its origin at Orange Street to its end at Chatham Street and East and West Railroad Streets from their origin at Main Street to their end at Chatham Street in the town.
(C) (1) Any person violating any provision of this schedule, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(2) Violation of division (B) above shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50.
