(A) Those intersections described in the schedule below are hereby declared to be stop intersections for all vehicles entering from any of the streets or alleys entering the intersection. Every driver of a vehicle shall stop in obedience to the stop signs erected at such intersections before entering the intersection and shall not proceed into or cross the intersection until it has first been determined that no conflict with traffic will be involved. Right-of-way shall be extended to the vehicle first arriving and entering such intersections.

(B) All vehicles approaching the corner of East Railroad Boulevard and Park Avenue will stop before traversing the corner.
(C) (1) Any person violating any provision of this schedule, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(2) Any violation of division (A) above shall result in a civil penalty assessed in the amount of $20. If this penalty is not paid within 48 hours of the violation, the penalty shall be increased to $50.
