SCHEDULE I. ONE-WAY STREETS.

(A) The section of West Railroad Boulevard from, its intersection with Howard Boulevard west to the intersection of Hill Street shall be one-way traffic flowing west to a duly erected “stop” sign at the intersection of Hill Street and West Railroad Boulevard.

(B) Violation of this section shall be punishable in accordance with North Carolina Motor Vehicle Law, G.S. §§ 20-1 et seq.
