§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Operation of a golf cart in violation of the provisions of §§ 72.01 through 72.05 will subject the offender to a civil penalty of $50 for each offense, which shall be paid to the Town Clerk within 48 hours of notice of the violation, failing which the penalty shall increase to $100.

   (C)   Civil penalties may be collected by civil actions in the courts. No criminal penalties will result from such violations.
