§ 70.21 DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC BY POLICE.
   In the event of a fire or other emergency, or when necessary to expedite traffic or safeguard pedestrians, police officers may direct traffic as conditions may require, notwithstanding the provisions of this subchapter.
