There shall be erected or have been erected at all intersections indicated on the geographical mapping system (GIS) attached hereto (entitled “Town of Newport Traffic Control, Signs and Devices,”) stop signs and yield signs as depicted on the attached GIS map. All such stop signs or yield signs are hereby declared to be official traffic-control devices placed in accordance with this subchapter.
