§ 53.08 ENFORCEMENT.
   The provisions of the water shortage response plan will be enforced by Town Utility Department and police personnel. Violators may be reported to the Town Manager (townmanager@townofhewport.com) or to either Town Hall (252-223-4749) or to the Utility Department at 252-223-4418.
