(A) Water shortage conditions will expire when the Utilities Director, after consultation with the Manager of the town, deems that the condition, which caused the alert, has abated.
(B) The Utilities Director, upon consulting with the Town Manager, may lessen the level of restrictions from level to level or remove the restrictions entirely when the trigger conditions no longer apply or the emergency situation has been abated.
(C) An appropriate press release shall be given to the media to announce the lessening or removal of water use restrictions.
