(A) In the event that a water shortage condition occurs, an extensive publicity campaign will be initiated using public media and specialized methods to inform the public of an impending or existing water shortage.
(B) This publicity campaign shall include a press release to local newspapers, radio and television stations. In the event of an emergency shortage situation, direct contact shall be made with the press, radio and television stations.
(C) If a water shortage condition occurs, a notice of water shortage along with a copy of this chapter shall be prepared and hand delivered to all water customers that have water meters one inch and larger in size.
