§ 53.02 DEFINITIONS OF STAGES OF WATER SHORTAGES.
   (A)   If the average daily run time of all wells, for ten consecutive days exceeds 12 hours daily, a Stage I water shortage condition shall be declared.
   (B)   If the average daily run time of all wells, for seven consecutive days exceeds 15 hours daily, a Stage II water shortage condition shall be declared.
   (C)   If the average daily run time of all wells, for three consecutive days exceeds 18 hours daily, or there is only one well available for service, a Stage III water shortage condition shall be declared.
   (D)   In emergency situations it may be necessary to go straight to a Stage II or Stage III water shortage condition without first implementing lesser water shortage stages.
