§ 51.066 ILLEGAL DISCHARGES INTO SANITARY OR STORM SEWERS.
   (A)   No person shall pour, throw or discharge any substance, either solid or liquid, into any sanitary or storm sewer at any manhole or at any opening therein other than a sewer connection; nor shall any person discharge into any sanitary or storm sewer any substance likely to cause undue injury to the same or any substance of such high causticity or of a sufficiently acid nature, or of an organic chemical or petroleum chemical nature (fuel, motor oil, pesticides, and similar chemicals) to interfere materially with the equipment used in connection therewith or that might cause harm or pollute the sanitary sewer or storm sewer system.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or allow any rainwater from roofs of buildings, gutters or downspouts or any surface water entering any catch basin to drain into any part of the sanitary sewer system of the town.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or allow the discharge from heat pumps using water for heat exchange into the sanitary sewer system of the town.
