(A) The town has adopted a wellhead protection plan.
(B) Nothing in this chapter shall conflict or contravene the items below, which are separate documents that have been adopted by the Town Council and are included by this reference.
(C) Included in the wellhead protection plan are the following items:
(1) The wellhead protection plan;
(2) The Wellhead Protection Ordinance; and
(3) The wellhead protection portions of the Town Zoning Ordinance.
