§ 102.13 ENFORCEMENT BY PRIVATE ACTION.
   (A)   In addition to filing a complaint as provided in § 102.11, any person who is subjected to unlawful discrimination as defined herein may bring a civil action for enforcement in the appropriate State Court of general jurisdiction by any aggrieved person by bringing such action within 180 days after the alleged discriminatory practice has occurred.
   (B)   The Court may grant, as relief, as it deems appropriate, a temporary restraining order, a temporary or permanent injunction, or other order, and may award to the plaintiff actual damages and punitive damages, together with court costs and reasonable attorney fees in the case of a prevailing plaintiff.
