§ 102.11 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The responsibility for administering the provisions hereof shall be delegated by the City Manager to the City Legal Department of which an attorney thereof shall act as the Enforcement Officer. The City Manager shall refer all filed complaints to the Legal Department who shall have the necessary powers and duties granted to it by KRS 344.320, 344.230(3), and 344.330 with respect to investigating the allegations set forth therein and the Enforcement Officer shall be responsible for determining, conciliating, holding hearings and issuing orders on all matters with regard to the claims made.
   (B)   Upon review, any claims made regarding race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age (40 years or older), disability, or familial status shall be referred to the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights for further processing, investigation and/or administrative proceedings.
   (C)   Upon review, any claims made regarding sexual orientation or gender identity shall be investigated and proceeded against by the Enforcement Officer for investigation and/or administrative proceedings.
