§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating the provisions herein shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and shall be subject to fine and/or imprisonment in accordance with the penalties for a Class A misdemeanor as provided for in the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
