9-9-7: SYSTEMS ALREADY CONSTRUCTED:
Persons having constructed streets after January 1, 1997, may file with the city clerk a certificate of completion as provided in section 9-9-1 of this chapter and the provisions of this chapter for a building permit shall be effective on those streets already constructed. (Ord. 272, 4-15-2002)
