§ 94.66 SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
   Upon the consideration of the factors listed in 94.60 through 94.66 and the purposes of this chapter, the New Palestine Stormwater Utility Board may attach such conditions to the granting of variances as it deems necessary to further the purposes of this chapter.
