3.02 RECORD DRAWINGS
The project Designer shall furnish to the Town one set of as-built drawings and one set of digital files on compact disc in AutoCAD ".DXF" and ".DWG" format for all projects dedicated to the Town and for all multi-family, industrial and commercial sites 5 acres and larger. All sheets shall have "Record Drawing" boldly printed on them with the date, stamp, and signature of the Professional Design Engineer, who must be registered in the State of Indiana. Drawings and computer files shall clearly differentiate between the original design and changes made to the design during the construction process. Each disk shall be labeled with project name, property name, and date. A New Development Project Summary Form (See Appendix 3-B) shall also be submitted to quantify utility installations.
At a minimum the following information shall be provided on the plans:
   1.   Building pad elevations
   2.   Structure inverts, pipe inverts, and top of casting elevations.
   3.   Flowline of rear and/or side yard swales at 50 foot intervals or at lot lines.
   4.   Horizontal alignment of sewers, pipes, culverts, streets, and structures to a minimum accuracy of +/- 2 feet.
   5.   The horizontal location and/or bank cross sections for all detention/retention facilities or other information to verify storage volume.
