It shall be unlawful for any person, being the owner, lessee, manager or operator of an amusement arcade, as defined above, to do any of the following:
(A) Permit in any amusement any person to play or operate any amusement device between the hours of midnight and 8:00 a.m. However, this provision shall not apply to those places of business authorized by the State Alcoholic Beverage Commission to serve liquor, beer, or wine to the patrons an the premises;
(B) Operate or permit to be operated any gambling device on or about the premises or knowingly permit any amusement device to be used as a gambling device;
(C) Place, maintain or permit to be placed or maintained, any screen, curtain, partition, door or other obstruction so as to prevent a free and unobstructed view of the interior of the premises;
(D) Permit any immoral or obscene language or conduct on the premises, or fail to keep the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.
