In addition to the other provisions of this chapter regarding the collection of waste and garbage, it shall be a violation of this Code of Ordinances for vehicles for, or on behalf of, any private collection service, whether by individual, company, corporation, limited liability partnership, partnership, sole proprietor, or any other legal entity, to collect waste within the incorporated limits of New Palestine, Indiana, on any day of the week other than Wednesday and at any time other than between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except emergencies.
