§ 52.15 EMERGENCY RESTRICTIONS.
   Upon notice by the Town Council or the New Palestine Fire Department declaring an emergency and instructing the people not to burn leaves, weeds, or outdoor cooking fires, no person shall burn leaves, weeds, or outdoor cooking fires at any time or place until restriction is released.
