(a) The property owners of the Village shall not display political signs of candidates on their respective properties prior to twenty days before a primary, special, or general election.
(b) All political signs displayed by the property owners of the Village shall be removed within five days after a primary, special, or general election is held.
(c) The failure of a property owner to comply with this section shall result in that property owner being cited into the Mayor’s Court, by the Zoning Enforcement Officer. The property owner may be subject to a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fine for failure to comply with the mandates of this section.
