(a) No person shall knowingly operate a radio, stero, cassette player, compact disc player, or any other electronic amplifying equipment in such a manner as to adversely affect the health, safety, and welfare of residents of the Village, nor shall such person knowingly operate any of the above mentioned devices to disturb the peace and order of the Village.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of the unlawful operation of electronically amplified devices and is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
