1329.07 MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY.

(a) The owner of every single or multiple unit structure within the Village shall be responsible for maintaining the exterior surfaces of the same in conformance with the provisions of this chapter.

(b) The owner of every multiple unit structure within the Village shall be responsible for maintaining the yard area contiguous thereto in conformance with the provision of this chapter.

(c) The owner of a single dwelling structure within the Village shall be responsible for maintaining the yard area immediately contiguous thereto in conformance with the provisions of Section 1329.08 and Section 1329.12.
