901.03  BICYCLES ON SIDEWALKS.
   No person shall drive, ride, roll or wheel any bicycle upon or along any sidewalk or footwalk; except, that persons may roll but not ride bicycles along the sidewalks and footwalks, if careful not to interfere with pedestrians.
