(a) Except as specifically provided otherwise in this article, but only where applicable, the provisions of chapter 11, article 16 of the Code of West Virginia, Acts of West Virginia Legislature 1957, chapter 11, are expressly adopted and made a part of this article.
(b) The license fees set forth in this article pertaining to nonintoxicating beer shall be regarded as maximum amounts chargeable hereunder.
