765.04 BOND.

No municipal license shall be issued under the provisions of this section to any brewer, distributor or class A retail dealer until such person shall have furnished bond with the State Tax Commissioner in accordance with the Code of West Virginia; and each application for such municipal license shall be accompanied by satisfactory proof that such bond has been given.
