SECTION 33. Assessment, levy and collection of taxes to be governed by state law.

The assessment, levy and collection of all city taxes shall be governed by the provisions of chapters 11 (section 11-1-1 et seq.) and 11A (section 11A-1-1 et seq.) of the Code of West Virginia.
