745.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, and each day that such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
