741.19 FORTUNETELLERS, CLAIRVOYANTS.

The annual license to act as a fortuneteller, palmist, phrenologist, spiritualist, medium, clairvoyant, mind reader or any other person who performs the art or profession of telling the past or forseeing of forecasting the future shall be two hundred dollars.
