Whoever is convicted of violating this article shall forfeit to the City any dangerous or deadly weapon involved in or constituting such violation. Every police officer, upon making any arrest and taking a weapon used in a violation of this article, shall hold the same until the final determination of the prosecution for such offense, and upon a finding of guilt it shall then be the duty of the Municipal Judge to make proper disposition of the same, in the discretion of the court.
