533.15 SETTING FIRES.

If any person unlawfully and maliciously set fire to any woods, fence, grass, straw, or other thing capable of spreading fire on lands, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
