533.09 INJURY TO PUBLIC UTILITY PROPERTY.

Any person who shall willfully or maliciously destroy or injure any of the wires, poles, insulators, or other property belonging to any telephone, telegraph or railroad company, or any public utility company, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00).
