533.06 REMOVAL, INJURY TO OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY GENERALLY.

If any person unlawfully, but not feloniously, takes and carries away, or destroys, injures or defaces any property, real or personal, not his own, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00).
