   EDITOR’S NOTE: The description of the corporate limits contained in this section is a result of the 1981 Charter revision.  A surveyor’s note attached to the original description and dated September 23, 1981, reads as follows: “This description was made from six (6) different surveys and therefore the variation between the north base line merridian and the bearings used will vary.”
