(a) Pursuant to the aforesaid general provision of law, the Board of Directors shall be a corporation with all the powers, duties and obligations impressed upon it by statute.
(b) Any person desiring to make bequests or donations of cash or other personal property or real estate for the benefit of such library shall vest title thereof in the Board of Library Directors, to be held in trust and control by such board according to the terms and for the purposes set forth in the deed, gift, devise or bequest.
(c) All of the provisions of chapter 10, article 1 of the Code of West Virginia, not hereinbefore incorporated into this article are hereby expressly adopted, except so far as the same may be inconsistent with the special provisions of this chapter. (5-6-46)
