1751.07  FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   Upon the failure of any person upon whom a complaint or order has been served pursuant to Section 1751.06 to comply with the terms of such complaint or order, the enforcement agency shall forthwith direct the appropriate city officer to take the action prescribed by complaint or order to remedy the condition which is the subject of said complaint or order, including performing repairs, alterations or improvements to or vacating and closing or removing or demolishing, or any combination thereof, said dwelling or building. Any expense incurred by the City in so doing, after the sale of any salvaged material is credited to the account, shall be a lien against the real property upon which such costs were incurred.
